However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make your experience as hassle-free as possible.

Scope of Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Finanza Personel. Please note that this policy does not cover any third-party services or products that may be used in the provision of our services.

Refund & Cancellation Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

Dissatisfaction with Service Quality: In case you are not satisfied with our services, please write a complaint us within seven (7) days from the date of the completion of the services. As per the nature of the complaint and on the basis of our investigation findings, we may offer partial or full refund whatever applicable.

Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to provide the requested service due to any reason, please write a complaint to us and we will initiate a full refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please write an email to contact@finanzapersonel.in, and clearly stating the reason for the refund request as mentioned in the refund eligibility. We will review your claim and initiate refund if eligible.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days after investigation done by us and final approval of the management, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
